2. How to Opt Out

My503aConnect provides telehealth partnership infrastructure connecting wellness businesses with licensed physicians and 503a compounding pharmacies. All clinical services — including prescribing and dispensing — are performed independently by licensed physicians and pharmacies in our partner network, not by My503aConnect. Communications through this program do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My503aConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our opt-in program, or our communications.
